Depending on your responses and which category you apply under, some questions will not appear or may not be required.
Before completing this form please ensure you;
- Read the Community Bi-annual Grant Guidelines
- Check your eligibility and what Council will and will not fund
- Have completed the requirements under the relevant category (i.e. obtained Approval in Principle from the Property Team for Minor Capital Works)
- Have acquitted all previous grants
- Have paid any outstanding debts to Council (or have evidence of a payment plan)
- Have prepared the documents to be attached to support your application
