  1. Read the Community Bi-annual Grant Guidelines
  2. Check your eligibility and what Council will and will not fund
  3. Have completed the requirements under the relevant category (i.e. obtained Approval in Principle from the Property Team for Minor Capital Works) 
  4. Have acquitted all previous grants
  5. Have paid any outstanding debts to Council (or have evidence of a payment plan)
  6. Have prepared the documents to be attached to support your application
